L ooking for a 4-H Club to join? Our clubs are open to all young people in grades K-12. All adult volunteers must complete an application and screening process before enrolling online and working with youth. Interested in starting a new 4-H club in your community or helping lead an existing program? Contact the Extension Office at 21 to learn how you can become a 4-H adult volunteer. For my club, my community My country, and my world. My hands to larger service, and My health to better living. 4-H Pledge: I pledge My head to clearer thinking. We also have a Mini 4-H program for grades K-2. Lake County 4-H welcomes young people in grades 3-12 in urban, suburban, and rural communities. Kids and teens are invited to enroll at (enrollment begins October 1 each year). 4-H began over 100 years ago, and has since grown into the largest youth development program in the nation. Members complete hands-on, learn-by-doing projects in areas like health, science, agriculture, and civic engagement alongside their peers and caring adult mentors. Learn new skills, make friends, and have fun in 4-H! 4-H prepares young people to be leaders in their community and around the world. If you are in need of accommodations to attend a program, please contact the Extension Educators 14 days prior to the meeting at 21.
